Booking Information
Allen Casa is $1000 to $1300 a week for 4 people, depending on season, and a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
Longer rentals negotiable. Please anticipate additional charges for more than 4 people.
Our bookings can fill up quickly during high season (typically Dec. thru early April) and can oftentimes be reserved up to 12 months in advance. We would recommend having some confirmed dates you’d like to book before contacting us.
Deposit fully refundable outside of 14 business days of booking date, 50% of deposit refunded if canceled at 7 business days. No refunds thereafter. Cost of rental covers clean up fees.
